Order Processing Times

 

 

• Pre-Made Orders: Ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

• Pre-Order Items: Ship within 4–7 business days once production is complete.

 

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping Carriers

 

We use trusted third-party shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver your orders.

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, it is out of our control.

We are not liable for any issues caused by the shipping carrier — including delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.

If your package is misplaced or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
