If we make an error — such as sending the wrong item, size, or a damaged product — contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We are not liable for any mistakes, delays, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
